my NSFW groups don't require ID until the moment I have reason to suspect that you aren't actually 18, at which point you get launched into low earth orbit until I can verify your age
years ago I required IDs but it proved to be too logistically complicated and impractical to continue, not to mention the privacy concerns that a lot of people have regardless of how much info is redacted
Yeah I admin 2 of the main NY chats and ID is mandatory for NSFW. We usually recommend a self destructing image so it auto deletes

It can be difficult and time consuming for sure. The aforementioned NSFW group does have a rigorous ID check so they wouldn’t have gotten in. Regardless I don’t even know where they mentioned their age in the “other” chat so citation needed on that.

The darndest thing. When traveling home fron work in Berkley, Rt. 24 South is all backed up until the 495 interchange, and then north of that there's only one car or truck going by every three seconds; very light!
